The flat is newly decorated and finished in high standard. The flat benefits from fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 double sofa bed, bath, shower and toilet. The flat also contains cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, utensil, kettle, toaster, electric cooker, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing table. The flat is located on the ground floor of the building. We provide towels and linen. Please note that you must provide your own toiletries, and adapters. Guest Access Check-in is from 3 pm- onwards. We operate via self-check-in using lock boxes. Other information to note: For any keys forgotten inside the i.e. lockout flat from 6pm-10pm, there will be a £40.00 call out charge. This fee will need to be in cash. Please note that for any lost keys there will be a charge of £200.00. This fee will need to be in cash
